Golden Capitol Sunset
The golden hour truly was magnificent tonight. These shots show the true grey color of the dome. It's actually a slate grey instead of the deep blue that it looks when shaded. You can almost see the bluish color on the right hand side of the first photograph.

Well, you busted my bubble... I liked the blue color. Thought it looked better.. now that I know hte truth, I will never look at it the same. Thanks a lot! :-)
